Description

This brand-new mouse trap is simple to set and use; once baited, simply click the lever down to set. The mouse has to tread on a platform to reach the bait-well, which triggers the trap, meaning that the mouse cannot take the bait without triggering the trap. Simple to set and empty.

  • No need to touch dead mice.
  • Can be used both indoors and outdoors.
  • Plastic construction makes for easy cleaning.
  • Sold as a twin-pack, as it is advised to set more than 1 trap in an infested area to increase catch-rate.

Product Facts & Uses

How To Use RACO Blistered Snaps Traps

  1. Load the bait well with Provoke Professional Mouse Attractant. Chocolate or peanut butter are effective alternatives.
  2. Press the trap open to automatically set.
  3. Place the trap at right angles to the wall with the bait well closest to the wall.
  4. Open trap and release the mouse for disposal - no need to touch the mouse.

Tip & Advice for Best Results

  1. Ensure food sources are removed from the treatment area.
  2. Ideal location for traps is against a wall in a protected area, away from people, animals and wildlife, where there are signs of mouse activity, such as fresh mouse droppings or near runways and feeding places.
  3. Position traps at right angles to walls, with bait well facing the wall.
  4. Place the baited mouse trap 5 metres apart, reducing to 3 metres apart in cases of high infestation.
  5. Block entry holes and target potential sources of mouse infestations such as garages and garden sheds.

Is a mouse trap suitable for my problem?

One of the more satisfying forms of mouse control, using a mousetrap, does have its advantages. You will be able to see when a mouse is captured, allowing you to feel you are making progress in the war on rodents. They also eliminate the problem of a dead rodent hidden somewhere you can’t easily access to dispose of it.
